To create a Christ-centered ministry for jobseekers in transition in Cobb County and surrounding areas with a commitment to serve all residents.

Mission Vision:
To create a jobs ministry that will meet the goals of giving:
1. Spiritual nourishment 2. Tactical Job advice 3. Networking / Accountability focus 4. Mentoring through the use of career coaches (industry guides - mentors).
General Goals:
Create a ministry to serve blue-collar and professional persons in transition. The emphasis is to get networkers to expand their network. The long-term goal is to increase the pool of people networking (Blue Collar & Professional).
